Instructions for use:

  1. Download and print the appropriate template for a worksheet.
  2. Logon to Portal and print your transcripts.
  3. Complete the degree plan worksheet using pencil.
  4. After completion and review of the worksheet, fill in your degree plan on the computer.   Use the tab key and/or mouse to move from field to field.   Do not use the enter or return key!
  5. When saving the Degree Plan, save the file as your name.   Make sure to save this file to a folder under your name on the "Save your documents here" folder and email it to yourself OR save it to your own disk.   (Note that documents are deleted off the computer every Monday.) Read over the form!   Signatures are required during the routing process...
