Tuition & Financial Cost

  • The cost for Camps II and III will be $925.  This will include room and board from Sunday afternoon until the next Friday afternoon, all laboratory fees, and all materials used.  All field trip transportation will be provided.
  • The cost for Camp I will be $1,725 for in-state campers.  Please contact our office for the cost of out-of-state campers.  This will cover tuition, fees, and books for the three hour course as well as transportation, room and board, and the activities provided for the entire camp.
  • MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted for the camp deposit and for full payment of the camp if paid two weeks prior to the first day of camp.

Deadlines

  • All applications must be postmarked no later than April 29, 2005, and must contain a $400 deposit, with the balance due two weeks prior to the day that camp begins. Deposits cannot be refunded unless notification is received by mail or phone 14 days prior to the beginning of the camp.
  • Notification of acceptance will be made as soon as the complete packet of materials is received and all requirements have been met. Early applications are encouraged as the classes are limited to 20 students.
  • Late applications will be accepted up to one week prior to the first day of camp if openings are still available.
* Cost includes a $ 30 non-refundable application fee.
 
Deadlines
 
ACES offers a limited number of scholarships based upon financial need.  We strongly encourage you to apply as early as possible.  Financial aid applications must be postmarked by April 29, 2005.  Any applications received after that date will be considered on a case by case basis.  To receive a scholarship application, please call 800-860-2237.
 
 
TAGT Scholarships
 
The Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented offers limited opportunities to students for scholarship grants in the area of gifted education.  To apply for a scholarship, contact the Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented at (512) 499-8248.  The deadline for receipt of application is March 1, 2005.
