Then login to blackboard with your normal login/portal username and password (if your username/password does not work, contact the help desk) then click on the “Organizations” tab at the top:
Then click on “Browse Organization Catalog” and search for “Risk Management”, the following will appear (you have to click the “GO” button to search, just hitting the enter key may not work):
Click on the button with the double down arrows to the right of the Organization ID “RM”, then click on the “Enroll” button:
Then Click “submit” on the summary page that appears, a confirmation page will appear. If you click “OK” on the confirmation page, it will take you directly to the Environmental, Safety & Health Training folder, which will contain the various training materials in folders.
When you return to Blackboard in the future, you will be able to see “Risk Management” under “My Organizations” on the “Organization” tab as well as on the default “Blackboard 9” tab.
Clicking on the “Risk Management” link will take you back to the Environmental, Safety & Health Training folder.
To complete a course, employees will need to read through the PowerPoint presentation, and then take the short quiz/test.
Once you have reached the last slide in the presentation, click the back button in your browser to get back to the link to the training material. Below the link and description you will see a “Mark Reviewed” button (example below).
Once you click the button, the link to the quiz will appear:
Complete the quiz and click the “Save and Submit” button and your completion of the training will be recorded by Risk Management.
