Description of Research Activities

Research areas include speech production of the normal and disordered individuals. Current projects are (1) the effects of group voice therapy for individuals with Parkinson’s disease (PD), (2) the effects of visual feedback in speech sound learning/remediation, and (3) cognitive processing of the speech sounds in different languages.
