| Description of research activities: Dr. Jian Zhang's research is on protein-protein interaction data analysis. The protein-protein interaction data is processed using feature seletion and classification methods so that a certain type of interaction can be labeled as structual, enzymatic, antiboby, or non-biological. Dr. Zhang ia also working on multiple similar objects identification in one image using Evolution Strategies. | |
