| Description of research activities: Dr. McClellan's research activities have been focused on her research interests. Last year, she submitted articles for community college journals, qualitative research journals, and educational administration. The purpose and methods of the studies ranged from discourse analyses of community college publications, a Delphi with resilient women higher education administrations, and conceptualization of doctoral cohort programs and social justice. Presently, she is working on a continuation of the Delphi, but this round with resilient men higher education administration, five chapters with eight colleagues with data gathered from a national focus group study of superintendents and written for school boards, and an article on mentoring of educational administrators. | |
