| Description of research activities: These are Dr. Dougherty's three current research projects. She would like to conduct a study working with Parenting Stress of Gay and Lesbian Parents. She would also like to recruit parents to participate in a filial therapy program and spend 1 or 2 semesters collecting data. She hopes to get this ironed out, funded, and organized to begin in the fall of 2007. She is most interested in seeking funding for research in Gay and Lesbian parenting - specifically: rights, issues, concerns, and the availability of social support. | |
