Description of research activities: Dr. Horn has an active research agenda in the area of Organizational Behavior.  Major topics include Work-Life Interface and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.  She examines individual characteristics such as attitude, personality, values, and leadership traits; individual processes such as perceptions, job engagement, and career decision-making; and the influence these factors have on individual and organizational outcomes such as work-family balance, turnover, performance, and stress.
