Notice of Limited Services

TWU is experiencing a system migration from Thursday, October 8th, to Monday, October 12th. During the migration window, several systems will be unavailable, including but not limited to: Self-Service, Pioneer Portal, Web Advisor, Account creation & password reset, Colleague, tuition and fee payments, and others. Due to these system outages, our office will have limited operations on Friday, October 9th, and will be unavailable by phone. *Please be aware that transcripts will not be available during this time. We will resume normal operations on Monday, October 12th, at 8:00 a.m.

State Mandated Immunization Requirement

Texas law requires that all new and transfer college students must receive a vaccination or booster against bacterial meningitis. Students required to have the vaccination or booster will not be able to register without a valid immunization record or exemption document. Please submit the document to the Office of the Registrar or the Office of Student Records.
