  • New home for TWU renowned drama program

  • Theater space for drama education, public performances, public presentations and speakers.

    - Rehearsal Room

    - Make-up Classroom
    - Conference Rooms
    - Faculty Offices

  • Theater support spaces:
    - Scene Shop
    - Costume Shop
    - Prop and Costume Storage

  • New accessible entry at east end maintaining historic character of Hubbard Hall exterior.

  • Full length undulating wall that organizes all the public lobbies while maintaining the historic character of the perimeter wall. The undulating wall recalls the curved wall in front of Redbud Theater.

  • Expanded central lobby with natural light.

  • Expanded lobby services with box office, concessions and new public toilets.

  • Proscenium theater with raked seating creating an intimate arrangement between performers and audience.

  • Design incorporates construction components of the retired Redbud Theater and Hubbard Hall (ribbed glass panels) in imaginative ways.
