Basic Excel

Learn how to use Microsoft Excel to view, enter, and format data in a workbook. Learn how to sort and filter data after it is entered. 

Excel Formulas

What is an Excel formula?  How does it work?  This will cover an introduction to basic Excel formulas.  Learn to how use formulas to manipulate spreadsheet data including sum, add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Excel Charts & Graphs

This hands-on workshop will cover basic charts and graphs in Excel.  Learn how use charts & graphs to enhance spreadsheets and effectively represent data in a visual format. Align data correctly to ease chart creation.  Customize the chart with colors, legends, and labels.

Word Mail Merge

This hands-on workshop will demonstrate a basic mail merge in Word.  Learn how to create a good data source and link it to the master document.  Discover how fields work as placeholders for the data.  Complete the merge sending the form letter directly to the printer, or create another document, or even send it as an e-mail.

Basic Outlook

Learn how to send and receive messages, create and modify appointments, as well as organize items such as contacts into distribution lists and folders using Microsoft Outlook. Learn how to create edit and delete Outlook contacts.  Then manage contacts by organizing them into categories and creating personal distribution lists. Learn how to manage messages by creating a personal folder, then use it to secure and organize mail.

Outlook: Calendar & Meeting Requests

This hands-on workshop will cover Outlook calendar’s features.  Create appointments, set alarms, invite attendees, automatically repeat appointments, and add labels to color-coat calendar events.  Learn to edit and change the appointment while automatically notifying the attendees

Learn how share a calendar so others can manage your appointments, check a meeting’s attendance, and receive meeting request responses. Learn how to add, modify, and delete Calendar events.  Then manage the events by inviting attendees or creating a recurrence rule.  Finally add some color to the calendar through categories and labeling.
