Office of Clinical Practices

Our Educator Preparation Program is committed to preparing teacher candidates for entry and sustainability in educational settings. We are committed to embedding high quality research-based practices into all clinical placement settings.

Our office works closely with area schools to arrange high-quality field experience placements as well as clinical teaching placements. Moreover, our office offers mentoring and guidance to beginning educators during the early years of teaching through our New Teacher Academy.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

The Fall 2024 Clinical Student Teaching Application will be available in TK20 Feb. 1-22, 2024.

Clinical student teachers who are planning to student teach in Fall 2024 must apply during this window. Late applications will not be accepted. The last date for prospective clinical student teachers to drop a   supplemental area is May 1, 2024.
