TWU will strive to grant a student's request concerning a preferred location for their practice based-experience; however, the school districts may have other obligations or other factors may determine your placement. Students will need to include a first and second choice.

Criminal Background Forms for these districts are available through the College of Professional Education, Texas Woman's University, Stoddard Hall, Room 202C.

The districts have asked that all the TWU placements go through the Professional Development office to ensure that proper procedures are followed. Students at districts without proper authorization can become a liability for the districts as well as TWU. Please help us honor the district's request.
