- Consulting (e.g. accounting, architect, attorney, engineering, etc.)
- Controlled Substances, Prescription Drugs
- Desktop Computers (Except with email of compliance from Office of Technology(ITS) per policy 9.19)
- Entertainment
- Furniture (e.g. file cabinets, chairs, desks, etc) See Facilities for standards
- Gift Cards
- Hazardous chemicals or materials
- Insurance of any type
- iPad (i.e. tablet PC)
- Laptop Computers
- Leases or Rentals
- Memberships
- Multi-function Office Equipment (Anything information related – e.g. printers, fax, copiers, scanners) (Except with email of compliance from Office of Technology (ITS) per policy 9.19)
- Personal Items
- Postage Stamps
