The Office of Procurement Services operates as part of Texas Woman’s University’s Office of Finance and Administration while serving as a support unit to further the University’s mission of education, personal and professional fulfillment, and diversity.

 TWU Procurement Services is committed to providing exemplary service in a professional and innovative manner consistent with state and federal laws and university policies and procedures.  Areas of service include:

  • The procurement of materials, supplies, and services necessary to support TWU’s programs and activities.
  • Timely and accurate expenditure of university funds and recording of those expenditures.
  • Administration of TWU’s Purchasing Card (PCard) Program.
  • Providing efficient and cost-effective travel services and reimbursements for university departments while ensuring compliance with university, state and federal travel regulations.
