GRE scores must be received to have a completed application, so if you are trying to meet the early application deadline of September 1 then your GRE scores must be received by September 1. If you are targeting the later deadline, then your scores must  be received prior to November 1. Scores do take approximately 3 weeks to arrive from the testing center. TWU may have trouble matching up your scores if you choose to create an ID instead of using your social security number.
