The Upper Extremity Certificate represents a collaborative multidisciplinary online program with classes coordinated and taught by faculty members from the School of Occupational Therapy and School of Physical Therapy, who are Certified Hand Therapists and have extensive clinical experience in this field, along with other experienced clinicians from both the Houston and Dallas regions and other parts of United States.

This graduate certificate program will provide Physical  Therapists and Occupational Therapists the in-depth knowledge to facilitate a specialization in the therapeutic management of disorders and problems affecting the upper extremity. The program will be presented through four on-line courses.

A Graduate Certificate will be awarded upon satisfactory completion of each level. Successful completion of the Level I certificate is necessary prior to enrollment in Level II.
