COTA to MOT Bridging Program

(Weekend and Distance Learning)

The "COTA to MOT Bridging Program" is designed to allow the individual who has earned and practiced as a COTA, and completed a Bachelors Degree in any area to pursue a Master of Occupational Therapy Degree.

The program is designed to be run with students belonging to a "cohort group" that attend courses conducted on the Denton Campus. Primarily on weekends and through completing some distance education course work.  A list of prerequisites must be completed along with a bachelor’s degree prior to beginning the MOT program.

Applications for the COTA-to-MOT Bridge Program can be submitted for review and acceptance to the program throughout the year.  They are processed on an as-received basis. The final deadline for consideration for the incoming Fall class is June 15.
