May 2012 — Over the next few months, we will be upgrading from our current version of Phoenix (Oracle) to a new version called R12. The Oracle R12 Upgrade project involves many people from several areas of the University all working as a team to ensure a smooth and successful transition that will benefit the entire TWU community. This is an opportunity to improve our way of doing business and, most importantly, better serve the students of TWU.
We have created an informational site that will be the hub of information and communication concerning the Phoenix (Oracle) R12 Upgrade.
