Welcome to the TWU Refund Card

TWU has contracted with HigherOne to facilitate the refund delivery system for students.

A TWU Debit MasterCard will be mailed to every registered student at their address on file with Texas Woman's University. Do not throw this card away! It is NOT a credit card.

In order to receive a refund from TWU, you must choose how you would like their refund delivered by following the process for activating the TWU Debit card. Refunds include scholarship checks, financial aid checks as well as refunds for dropped classes and withdrawals.

You may choose from these options:

1. Refund deposited directly to your student TWU debit card via the OneAccount.
2. Refund deposited to another bank account of your choice.
