How to Make Deposits to Your OneAccount

Add Money from an Old Account
Before you can use your TWU OneCard as a Debit Mastercard, you have to deposit money into your OneAccount. One way is to add money from another old bank account into your OneAccount. Log on to the www.TWUOne.com and from the menu bar select "OneAccount" then "Deposit". You'll see a page that lists all of your deposit options. Click "Transfer" and enter your information.

Easy Refund
You can also request an "Easy Refund" as your option to receive any financial aid or TWU refunds. With an EasyRefund, your funds are deposited directly into your OneAccount, giving you faster access to your money.

Request Money from Family and Friends
You can also request money from family and friends or anyone with a U.S. bank account and an email address. Let's say you wanted to request money from your older brother. Log on to the website, and from the menu bar select "OneAccount" then select "Request Money". Enter your brother's email address, and the amount you're requesting and any message you'd like to include, then "Submit". Your brother will receive your email request along with complete instructions on how to send money!
