How to Activate Your TWU OneCard

• Open your internet browser and go to http://www.twuone.com/
• In the middle of the home page look for 'Activate Your OneCard Now'
• Enter your 16-digit OneCard number from the front of your TWU OneCard.
• Click 'Activate'.

Step 1 - Authentication -

• Enter your name exactly as it appears on the front of the TWU OneCard in the 'Name' field located on the right hand side of the screen. Enter the last four digits of your social security number.
• Enter your security code in the security code field. The security code is located on the backside of the TWU OneCard.   The security code is the last three (3) digits on the card.
• Click the 'Next' button located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2 - Personal Information -

• Create your login information.   All fields marked with an * are required.
• Enter your email address - Enter the email address you wish to use to login to this website. This will act as your login.
• Confirm your email address - Re-enter the email address you wish to use to login to this website.
• Password - Enter the password you wish to use to access this website.  
• Confirm Password - Re-enter the password you wish to use to access this website.
• Select an ATM PIN - Please enter a four (4)-digit number you will remember to act as your ATM PIN number. (If you do not want to open the OneAccount, you still need to select a PIN number)
• Confirm PIN - Re-enter the four (4)-digit number you wish to use as your ATM PIN number.
• Social Security Number - You must enter a nine (9)-digit social security number to open the OneAccount. (Otherwise, enter all 1's)
• Passport Number - Enter your passport number. (Field is optional)
• Citizenship - Enter your citizenship.   (Field is optional)
• Birth Date - Enter your birth date as MM/DD/YYYY. (Ex. 04/16/1982)
• Expected Graduation Date - Enter the date you expect to graduate.   (Field is optional)
• Street Address - Please review or enter your primary street address.
• City - Enter the city in which your primary address is located.
• State - Choose a state from the drop down box in which your primary address is located.
• Zip Code - Enter the zip code of the town in which your primary address is located.
• Phone # - Enter the phone number where you can be reached.
• Note: Primary address is marked with the radio button on the top, you can change it if you wish.
• Click the "Next" button located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3 - Account Preferences -

• Read over all recommended preferences carefully.
• Click on 'disclosures' for customer terms, conditions and fees for OneAccount.
• Click the 'Next' button at the bottom of the page.
• To change refund preferences uncheck 'OPEN ONEACCOUNT' and click the 'Change Preferences' button at the bottom of the page.
• Select 'ACH' as your refund preference.
• Uncheck 'OPEN ONEACCOUNT' if you are choosing a refund preference Easy Refund.
• Select 'Online Statement' or 'Paper Statement'.
• Read the section on Information on Payroll Direct Deposit.
• Click the 'Next' button at the bottom of the page.

Step 4 - Other OneAccount Features -

• You can add the email address of your parents or family members to request money to be sent directly to your OneAccount.
• You will see a Campus Autoload feature, although it's not currently available at Texas Woman's University.
• You can choose to order checks for your OneAccount.
• Click the 'Next' button.

That's it! Activation is complete! An 'Activation Complete' page will inform you of next steps. You can begin using your OneAccount as soon as you make a deposit or get an EasyRefund.
