The Lowry Woods Community  
One Bedroom in a Two Bedroom Apartment $2,458 per semester, per person
One Bedroom in a Three Bedroom Apartment $2,224 per semester, per person
   
Guinn Stuido Suites  
Studio One Single Occupancy Suite $572 per month, per person
Studio Two Double Occupancy Suite $415 per month, per person
   
Family housing  
Lowry Woods Unfurnished Two Bedroom $695 per month, per family
Lowry Woods Unfurnished Three Bedroom $886 per month, per family
Lowry Woods Furnished Two Bedroom $773 per month , per family

Traditional Housing residents must also purchase a meal plan.

8 Meals Per Week with $50 Dining Dollars $980 plus applicable taxes
8 Meals Per Week with $150 Dining Dollars $1080 plus applicable taxes
10 Meals Per Week with $125 Dining Dollars $1135 plus applicable taxes
12 Meals Per Week with $175 Dining Dollars $1195 plus applicable taxes
University Plan $1240 plus applicable taxes
