Space Available Through Conference Services
The Little Chapel in the Woods
- There is a $10/hour fee for a building attendant when using the Little Chapel.
- There is a $100 damage deposit due upon reservation.
- No food or drink is allowed in the Little Chapel.
- Decorations may be used provided they are removed after the event. All decorations must be freestanding and may not be attached tot he Chapel structure in any way. Pew decorations are acceptable provided they are secured with non-marring fasteners that hang over the pew. The use of tape, glue, tacks, nails, staples, and any other agent that will damage the facility is not permitted.
- Pews and other chapel furniture may not be rearranged.
- Two candelabras with 15 candles each are available at a cost of $15 per candelabra. Special taper candles are provided for all candelabras and the candle order form must be completed and sent in two (2) weeks before the event. Persons renting the Chapel may not provide their own taper candles due to damage from dripping wax. We ask that clients not hang garland, flowers, or other decorations from the candelabras.
Greenhouse
- There is a $10/hour fee for a building attendant when using the Greenhouse.
- There is a $100 damage deposit due upon reservation.
- The user shall provide tables, chairs and other eqiupment/decorations. Delivery and pick-up arrangements are the responsibility of the user. Decorations which require affixing to the structure in any way are not permitted.
- ARAMARK, the campus-catering contractor, is available to provide food and beverage needs. ARAMARK can be contacted at (940) 898-3669.
