House of Representatives

The “House” is a branch of the Student Government Association (SGA), and works as a liason between the University administration and all chartered student organizations. Each chartered organization selects one member within the organization to attend the House meetings every other Monday at 12:25 p.m. in Student Union room 207. Each organization’s delegate makes up the voting body of the House. From this group of delegates the House officers are elected.
The House of Representatives is in charge of the Student Leadership Development Fund and the Student Organization Programming Fund, as well as being involved with the process of chartering new student organizations and renewing charters for existing student organizations.

For more information please call 940.898.3611 or come by the House of Representatives office located in the Student Union room 116E.
