Wedding Package
Available through the Office of Conference Services at Texas Woman’s University
Your Wedding Ceremony Will be Held in the Historic Little Chapel-in-the-Woods and includes:
Chapel Rental for two hours for your wedding and a one hour rehearsal
Chapel Building Attendant for three hours
Use of 2 Candelabras & Unity Candelabra with 33 candles
Use of 24 pew clips, a shepherd’s hook, pedestals, an antique kneeler, and an easel
Your Wedding Reception in Stately Hubbard Hall includes:
Hubbard Hall’s Banquet Room or Pioneer Café Room for three hours*
Hubbard Hall Building Attendant for three hours
Four ficus trees with lights, two ferns on stands, two loose ferns, two ferns on food service tables
A skirted gift table and sign-in table
Use of grand piano
*(You may use one hour for decorating, and 2 hours for reception time)
As a special gift to you:
Personalized guest book, pen and stand, 100 imprinted cocktail napkins, and
Little Chapel-in-the-Woods Ornament
Live seasonal floral arrangement by Holly’s Garden Florist for reception
Calligraphic entry into the Historic Little Chapel-in-the-Woods Bride’s Book
Your Buffet-Style Reception Will be Catered by ARAMARK:
Champagne or sparkling grape juice toast
You may choose hors d’oeuvres or a sit-down meal catered by ARAMARK
Please meet with ARAMARK’S Catering Staff for additional food or alcohol

Your Wedding & Groom’s cakes lovingly prepared by Candy Haven include:
A two-tier (for 50) or three-tier (for 75 or more) wedding cake decorated with one dozen live ivory flowers
Delivery of wedding cake and presentation on a silver cake stand (round cakes only)
Cake flavors choices: White chocolate, Almond, Butter Rum, Amaretto (new), or Italian Crème (new)
Frosting choices: Cream Cheese, White Butter Cream or Chocolate
Cake tasting (to be arranged) at Candy Haven
A Chocolate Groom’s cake with 25 chocolate dipped strawberries
Cost for 50 persons start at $4,000
Cost for 100 persons start at $6,500

The Little Chapel-in-the-Woods Wedding Package is a time limited offer. Venues subject to availability.
Weddings must take place between September 1, 2008 and August 31, 2009. Half the amount of your package must accompany reservation forms.
