The Redbud Room

Current TWU Chancellor and President, Dr. Ann Stuart directed the refurbishment of the Redbud Room to take on a new life as a very special dining room for the community of North Denton County. Completed in February 2003, the Redbud Room consists of an oval dining room seating 24 persons at a pedestal-style mahogany table and an anteroom decorated with period furnishings. Newly refurbished men's and ladies' restroom facilities are located off the balcony leading to the Redbud Room. The Redbud Room is reached via a sweeping staircase and is not handicapped accessible at this time. Rental charge for the Redbud Room is $150.00 for three hours of usage - additional hours cost $50.00/hour. There is an additional charge of $15.00 per hour for a building attendant for events not taking place during Conference Services business hours.
