ARAMARK/TWU Catering

Decide What Kind of Event You Want

  • Will it be formal, casual, professional or social?
  • Will the guests stand or be seated?
  • Do you want hot or cold food?
  • Will it be plated dinner or buffet style?
  • A reception with hors d' ouvres?
  • What is your budget?

While not every decision needs to be finalized at this time, the more you know what you want, the easier your planning will be. Contact the Event Coordinator of the TWU Catering Department at 940-898-3669.

Aramark Catering - General Information

  • We require a final count three working days before the event. This count is your guaranteed number. On the final billing, you will be charged for the guaranteed number or the actual attendance, whichever is greater.
  • Food will be ready to serve at your requested time. In order to ensure quality of food served, we request that you plan for us to serve you no later than 15 minutes after your requested time.
  • If a cancellation is made at least 2 working days before the event, there is no charge. A cancellation made less than 2 working days prior to the event is subject to a service charge according to the nature of the event.
  • All catering prices are based on serving in Hubbard Hall. Therefore, prices for any event that is catered outside the building will be based on the nature and complexity of the event. Any requests for catering to be done outside Hubbard Hall will receive a minimum delivery charge of $10 for paper service or $1.50 per person for china service.
  • Leftover food remains the property of TWU Catering by ARAMARK and cannot be issued to guests following a catered function, with the exception of wedding cakes. No credit will be issued for leftover food or unused items.
  • We will offer an alternative menu entree if requested. Please advise us at least 72 hours prior to the event. Special entree are the same price as the selected entree.
  • All services are subject to sales tax unless you provide us with a copy of your state tax exempt status prior to your event.
