Good Neighbor Scholarship

This scholarship is open to all international students who are citizens of countries of the Western Hemisphere which includes Canada, Mexico, South America and the Caribbean who are attending or who are eligible to attend public colleges and universities in the state of Texas. Cuba is not included.

The Good Neighbor Scholarship pays the tuition cost for all students who are selected, and the application process is simple.
