Registration Fees
Dance Festival
Early Bird Registration (until June 23) $225.00
Regular Registration (after June 23) $275.00
One-day fee $ 99.00
*Music Festival
Early Bird Registration (until June 23) $150.00

Lunch, dinner and concert tickets are included in the registration fee for participants attending the entire festival. Lunch and dinner are not included in the one-day fee.
*All Music Festival registrants will receive a free set of guitar strings courtesy of LaBella Strings.
Location
The festival will be held on the Texas Woman’s University Denton Campus, approximately 45 miles north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Festival venues include Margo Jones Performance Hall, Redbud Theatre Complex, classrooms, studios and rehearsal rooms in the music and dance buildings, and the Student Center, which will serve as meal site for those registrants who attend the entire festival (lunch and dinner is not included for one-day festival participants).

A room block will be available until June 1, 2008. After this date, you will be charged the regular hotel rates. When making your reservation, please identify yourself with the Latino Dance and Music Festival.
CPE Credit
The Texas Woman’s University Office of Lifelong Learning is proud to offer teachers Continuing Professional Education Credits (CPE’s) for attendance at the festival classroom. If you are interested in CPE credit, please contact Stephen Pense at spense@twu.edu prior to the start of the festival.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Registrants who find it necessary to cancel will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. To receive a refund, you must submit written notification seven days prior to the event start date (fax 940-898-3416). Substitutions may be made at any time. Refunds will not be issued once the event begins. The Office of Lifelong Learning reserves the right to cancel this event if sufficient enrollment is not met. In doing so, Texas Woman’s University’s liability is limited to the registration fee.
