Hotel Information

Telephone reservations will not be accepted. Purchase orders must be received 30 days before your hotel arrival date. A State of Texas Hotel Exemption Certificate must be included with the purchase orders. The hotel block will be available until September 23, 2007.

•Make checks payable to Texas Woman’s University.
•Each institute requires individual registration fees. If you are registering by mail, return the completed registration form along with your check, credit card number, or purchase order. If registering with a purchase order, you will need to provide an accounts payable address and a contact name on the P.O. Please do not send more than one registration form per person.
•If you are registering online, a copy of the signed purchase order must be faxed to 940-898-3416 within ten days. Faxed registration forms are not accepted. This is only for online registrants only.
Confirmation Packets
Confirmation packets will be mailed after your registration is processed. Please allow ample time for the processing of registration forms. Register early to receive important follow-up information. The confirmation packet will include a confirmation letter, directions to the Adam’s Mark Hotel and your name tag.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registrants who find it necessary to cancel will receive a refund, less a $20 processing fee. To receive a refund, you must submit written notification seven days prior to the event start date. Refunds will not be issued once the event begins. Substitutions may be made at any time. The Office of Lifelong Learning reserves the right to cancel this event if sufficient enrollment is not met. In doing so, Texas Woman's University's liability is limited to the registration fee.
