$80 Full Time Student (for the Early Literacy Institute) - To receive the reduced fee, the registrant must submit a signed statement on university letterhead along with the registration form and fee. The statement should read: I (name of professor) certify that (name of participant) is a full time student at (name of university). The professor or chair of the department must sign below the statement.
•Make checks payable to Texas Woman’s University.
•Registrations must be received by September 29, 2006. Online registration is available until October 20, 2006. Participants registering after October 13, 2006 will receive an electronic confirmation and will need to pick-up a name tag at the on-site registration desk. Registrations may be accepted on-site on a space available basis only.
•Each institute requires individual registration fees. If you are registering by mail, return the completed registration form along with your check, credit card number, or purchase order. If registering with a purchase order, you will need to provide an accounts payable address and a contact name on the P.O. Please do not send more than one registration form per person.
•If you are registering online, a copy of the signed purchase order must be faxed to 940-898-3416 within ten days. Faxed registration forms are not accepted. This is only for online registrants only.
Confirmation Packets
Confirmation packets will be mailed after your registration is processed. Please allow ample time for the processing of registration forms. Register early to receive important follow-up information. The confirmation packet will include a confirmation letter, directions to the Adam’s Mark Hotel and your name tag. If you have not received your packet by October 16, 2006 please call (800) 250-7808 or (940) 898- 3408 to confirm your registration.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registrants who find it necessary to cancel will receive a refund, less a $20 processing fee. To receive a refund, you must submit written notification seven days prior to the event start date. Substitutions may be made at any time. The Office of Lifelong Learning reserves the right to cancel this event if sufficient enrollment is not met. In doing so, Texas Woman's University's liability is limited to the registration fee.
