Retention and Graduation Request Form

This form should be used to request more detailed retention and graduation rate data than that published in the Fact Book.  Please refer to the Fact Book Overview beginning on page A-18 for the overall university retention and graduation rates.  The request form will allow you to identify a wide range of output by college, level, campus, major or combinations of elements.  All output provided to you will include retention and graduation rates by ethnicity and gender based on the specifications submitted to our office.
