Data Access

The following data are available to TWU staff and faculty. Choose the DASTAT or Venus Student Data links for instructions on accessing the data:

• DASTAT (DAily STATistics) reports are generated each day of the term until the census date. The reports contain daily summaries of headcount and semester credit hours compared to the previous day and the previous year.
• Venus Student Data is an SPSS database with enrollment and graduation data by semester. The menu based system allows the generation of frequency listings and cross tabulations of enrollment and graduation statistics.
