  FALL 2008 Interns
  Application materials (application, student training agreement, departmental recommendation) MUST be turned in no later than Friday, August 22nd, 2008. 

ASSIGNMENTS:

**Assignments needing signatures must be printed, completed, and signed before they are turned in.  Assignments and forms will not be accepted or considered on-time without appropriate signatures.  No assignments or application materials will be accepted via email.  Please use blue or black ink when completing assignments.  No assignments will be accepted if completed in pencil.
