SDOL User Setup

 

 

Purpose

Use this procedure to establish yourself as an SDOL (SmartData OnLine) user with JP Morgan Chase.

Prerequisites

·         Active JP Morgan Chase procurement card

Menu Path

Use the following menu path(s) to begin this task:

·         Input the following url – sdol.jpmorganchase.com

Helpful Hints

·         Do not input www when inputting the url.

Procedure

1.         Start the task using the menu path.

 

 

2.       As required, complete the following fields: 

(Note:  12345678 is the default password for all users)

1234123412341234 (16 digit card number – no dashes or spaces)

12345678 plus last 4 digits of card number.

(password is case sensitive)

 

3.       Click  .

 

 

 

4.       As required, complete the following fields:

New Password

At least 8 characters with a minimum of 2 numeric characters.

Example:         apple111

Confirm Password

R

Retype the password exactly as it was input above.

Example:         apple111

Electronic Mail Address

TWU email address.

Example:         vparr@mail.twu.edu

Password Reset Question

R

Description of the Password Reset Question.

Example:         Who was your favorite teacher?

Password Reset Answer

R

Description of the Password Reset Answer.

Example:         Mr Recess    (At least 6 characters)

 

5.       Click  .

 

The JPMorganChase – “Create Your User ID” window will appear.

 

Your current ID will be shown – which is your 16 digit credit card number. 

 

6.         As required, complete the following fields:

Confirm New User ID

Retype the ID as it was input above.

Example:         vlparr

 

7.       Click  .

8.       You have completed this task.

Result

You have now successfully setup your account with SDOL.
