OVERVIEW

Texas Woman's University delegates authority for low-value purchases to departments by issuing a TWU Purchasing Card to department account holders. A low-value purchase is defined as one that costs $1,000.00 or less. Departments are encouraged to use the TWU Purchasing Card for these purchases while following established purchasing policies.
