TWU has contracted with
HigherOne, a third party vendor to facilitate all student account related
refunds for excess financial aid, loans, and credit balances due for dropped
classes or other account adjustments. New students will receive the

registration. Upon receipt, students should use the number on the card to login
and set up their profile with HigherOne and select a preferred method to receive
their refunds.
Students have a choice of
three options for receiving their refunds:
·
TWUOne Easy
Refund-same day availability
·
ACH to an
existing bank account-one to three business days
·
Paper check-5
or more business days.
