Early Registration –

Phase I

 

November 3, 2008 to January 13, 2009

Payments must be received by 6  p.m.

January 13, 2009

Unpaid schedules will be deleted January 13, 2009 after 6 p.m.

Early Registration –

Phase II

Students may register or re-register without a late fee.

January 14-16, 2009

Payments must be received by 6  p.m. January 16, 2009

Unpaid schedules will be deleted January 16, 2009 after 6 p.m.

Late Registration

($50 Late Fee Assessed)

January 20-23, 2009  by 5 p.m. January 23, 2009 by 5 p.m.

Installment
Due Dates

Students must be enrolled in the Payment Plan Option

Billing Statements and Automated Reminders will be sent by email prior to installment due dates.

Payments must be received by 5 p.m.

April 23, 2008

 

Bills will not be mailed.  Access and pay bills with MC, Visa, Amex, Discover or Web-check through the Pay Online link located at www.twu.edu or through the WebAdvisor menu>Pay My Bill.

Financial Obligation

By enrolling in classes at TWU you will incur financial obligation and responsibility. Please refer to the TWU Bursar’s website at http://www.twu.edu/ocontroller/cashiers/ policies.htm to review the TWU Statement of Student Responsibility and TWU Financial Obligation agreement. Students are required to acknowledge acceptance of these agreements as part of the online registration process each semester.

Payment Methods

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, WebCheck (ACH), Check, Cash, Financial Aid Awards, or Texas Public Education Emergency Loan

Sponsor/Third Party letters of payment commitment are due in the Bursar’s office by the deadline for the Early Registration payment.
