SNCC Early Registration

SNCC camper makes soupSummer Nutrition Culinary Camp (SNCC) is offering two camps and early registration for summer 2016 based on the excitement and popularity of the inaugural SNCC in summer 2015. Campers have a choice of a Healthy You full-day camp or a half-day Around the World in Five Days camp. Each camper will receive a cutting board. See the NFS homepage for details.

MS Capstone Seminar Course

Students in the Master of Science coursework only option programs in Nutrition, Food Systems Administration, and Food Science admitted before fall semester 2014 may choose to take the exit exam or complete the capstone seminar course for degree completion. Students admitted for or after fall semester 2014 must complete the capstone seminar course for degree completion.
