Food and Nutrition in Business and Industry is for students who desire careers with food manufacturers, distributors or other business, or foodservice organization. TWU undergraduates who major in Nutrition in Business and Industry take courses in nutrition, foodservice management, science, business, food science and computer applications. These students are encouraged to minor in business administration, management or marketing. This degree prepares students to work for organizations that develop and market food products, manage food preparation and service, or do a variety of other activities in the area of business, dietetics or community nutrition.
