Food and Nutrition Network

The Food and Nutrition Network functions to acquaint students with all aspects of nutrition; to broaden the scope of educational experiences through various nutrition-related activities; and to provide members the opportunity to become more familiar with professional organizations such as the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Longhorn Institute of Food Technologists (LIFT), Research Chefs Association (RCA), and more. The organization also aims to help students network with individuals in the fields of nutrition, dietetics, culinary, health and wellness, business and industry, and any other fields related to the spectrum of majors offered by the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences.
