Application Process
To apply to the PhD program in Nursing Science, please do the following:

Complete the Texas Common Application for admission to the graduate program at Apply Texas

Fill-in online and print the PhD Degree Plan Form [pdf]

Send the Letter of Recommendation Form [pdf] to the program coordinator
