Application Process
To apply to the PhD program in Nursing Science, please do the following:

Complete the Texas Common Application for admission to the graduate program at Apply Texas.

Send the Letter of Recommendation Form [pdf] to the program coordinator.

Send a current CV to the program coordinator.

Send letter of research interest to the program coordinator.
