Texas Woman’s University is No. 1 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for graduates' earnings versus cost, according to the Dallas Business Journal. The article, which cites data from the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard, states that Texas Woman's students graduate with median earnings of $44,600 with an attendance cost of $16,846. This gives TWU an earnings-to-cost ratio of 2.65:1, meaning that students earn about $2.65 for every dollar spent to attend for a year.
“This ranking shows how a Texas Woman’s education benefits our students and their career trajectory, as well as our value to the Texas economy and beyond,” TWU Chancellor and President Carine Feyten said in a statement to the Dallas Business Journal. “But it is more than just receiving a high return on investing in a TWU education; we are equally proud that our students are prepared to live healthy lives and be engaged as productive members of the community.”
