Cost of Orientation

The Spring New & Transfer Student Orientation fee ($30) covers orientation costs including meals, placement tests, materials, and t-shirt.  This fee is due before or at orientation.

The parent/guest fee for the Spring New & Transfer Student Orientation ($30) covers meals, and program material for your family members.  This fee is due before or at orientation.

Fall 2013

The New Student Orientation fee ($125) covers orientation costs including meals, placement tests, materials, t-shirt and Pioneer Camp activities in August.  This fee is included in your bill when you register for classes

The parent/guest fee for the New Student Orientation ($40) covers meals and program material for your family members.  This fee is due before or at orientation.

The Transfer Orientation fee ($30) covers meals, advising and materials.  This fee is included in your bill when you register for classes.

The parent/guest fee for the Transfer Orientation ($20) covers meals and program material for your family members.  This fee is due before or at Orientation check-in.

All cancellations must be requested in writing two weeks prior to the date of orientation to the Center for Student Development in order to receive a refund totaling the amount you paid less a $10.00 administration charge.  Any requests received within two weeks of the date of Orientation or after the Orientation program has begun will not receive a refund.  Please note that if you wish to simply change your date, email TWU Orientation at orientation@twu.edu
