The Mission of Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity is to encourage, nurture, and support the art of music.

Sigma Alpha Iota is an international music fraternity for women dedicated to the development of music throughout the world.  SAI promotes interaction among those who share a commitment to music.  Inspiration, personal encouragement, and support are only a few benefits received from this organization by its members.  Service is the true passion of Sigma Alpha Iota, which ranges from projects that raise awareness for different aspects of music within the community, country, or world, to raising money to help those who are less fortunate to experience music first hand.
