Donations in support of TWU’s music programs and students are always welcome. We work with the TWU’s Institutional Development office to arrange and process donations to support or establish new music scholarships, or to process other large gifts. We also host an annual music scholarship banquet featuring prominent keynote speakers such as, for example, Miguel Harth-Bedoya, Music Director of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, and Scott Cantrell, music critic for the Dallas Morning News. Donations can be made at any time for the TWU Friends of Music, a fund that provides support for a wide variety of initiatives including purchase of musical instruments and equipment, scholarship support, and special events organized by the department. Please contact our department chair at any time to discuss your interest in and procedures for specific donations.
