Effective Immediately: New 2023-2024 Housing & Dining applications received will be processed as space becomes available. This will be after Fall Move-In. Please continue to monitor your TWU email account.

We are excited to welcome you to your new home on campus! Time to start planning and get ready to move in. To help make your transition to college life as smooth as possible, move-in information will be posted here as we approach move-in week. The Fall 2023 Move-In Guide includes valuable information for our incoming residential students, including mailing addresses, move-in instructions and schedules, advice about your community, dining information, frequently asked questions and much more! Class Enrollment and Meningitis Vaccination

All students living on campus must be enrolled full-time (12 or more hours) throughout the term of the Housing & Dining contract (one academic year). Students will not be able to move into an on campus assignment until class registration reflects 12 + hours.

Students residing on campus must also have a record of their meningitis vaccination on file 10 days prior to moving into TWU housing. Please submit a copy of your meningitis vaccination record to registrar@twu.edu. More information about the meningitis vaccination requirement can be found here.
