- Payment by credit card or web check may be made on the Internet via the Portal at http://www.twu.edu/ > Pioneer Portal >WebAdvisor>Pay Online.
- TWU accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
- Pay in person at the TWU Dallas Parkland campus located at 1810 Inwood Rd. The Dallas cashier’s office, Room 154, is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. To pay at all other times, please go to Room 101. (Phone: 214-689-6736 or 214-689-6500)
- Payment must be received by 6 p.m., Friday, January 16 or you will be dropped from the class.
Short-term emergency loans are available to cover the cost of tuition and fees only. You may apply for an emergency loan on the Financial Aid website. Be sure to select “Dallas ISD Alt Cert” from the drop-down menu labeled Campus/Center You Will Attend.
If you apply for a loan, you must sign a promissory note and show a photo ID before the loan can be posted to your account. The loan must be posted to your account by the payment deadline of January 16). You may sign the promissory note at the Dallas TWU Parkland campus, 1810 Inwood Rd. The Financial Aid office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, in Room 106.
Emergency Loan Repayment is due March 1, 2009 .
Installment Payments
For the Fall and Spring semesters ONLY payments may be made according to the Installment/Payment Plan terms. Students who desire to pay their tuition and fees by installment must enter into a written agreement reflecting the terms and conditions of the plan. Enrollment in the plan is the responsibility of the student and requires the electronic signature, indicating acceptance of the payment plan agreement. The Payment Plan Agreement is signed electronically with the use of the last four digits of your student ID through Pay Online. There is a mandatory $15 installment contract fee (subject to change) that will be added to your account. A $15 late payment fee (subject to change) will be added for payments that are not received by the scheduled due dates. There is no grace period.

Tuition & Fees
DallasAlternative Certification Interns:
Cost of Class (Tuition and Fees): $793 Texas Resident; $1,516 Non-Resident
Note-For those classified as non-resident, a TWU scholarship will be applied to allow DACP interns to take their course at the above Texas resident rate.
For students in the Dallas Librarian Certification Program the cost for the library courses will be provided through the program representative.
