Lifelong Learning

Distance Education

Do you want to enhance your career by earning a new degree? Maybe you would but you think having a job and family would make it too difficult to come to campus all the time. Try Distance Education at Texas Woman’s University. Here is what we can offer you:

  • A huge selection – We offer fully online as well as blended courses and degree programs.
  • Flexible hours - Our blended courses have minimal face-to-face meetings. Our fully online courses, except for the occasional synchronous chat, allow you to "go to class" when you want to!
  • Flexible locations – Most of our blended courses meet face-to-face on the Denton campus, with some course options in the DFW area or Houston. Our fully online courses allow you to attend class at any computer with Internet connection.
  • Not tech savvy? We have an online orientation to get you started.
